Dennis Leone

Dennis Leone represents national, regional, and local clients in franchise, hospitality, trade secret, non-compete and general commercial litigation.  In addition to his litigation practice, he also consults and advises those clients regarding legal and business issues involving franchise and licensing matters, non-compete issues, trade secret and other intellectual property protection, hospitality, and contract matters.  In his practice, Mr. Leone represents national, regional, and local businesses in federal and state courts and arbitration and mediation proceedings throughout Florida and the United States.

Mr. Leone is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association and its Forum on Franchising and Litigation Section. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle, Northern, and Southern  Districts of Florida

Mr. Leone is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Business (B.B.A., 1992) and University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 1995).
